Twelve Individual Cold Plunges
The reset you didn’t know you needed.
Enjoy our 12 individual cold tubs, each set at a refreshing temperature of 41°F, 46°F, 51°F, or 56°F. Jumpstart your body and mind, ease sore muscles, and recover faster—all in your own cold plunge. No awkward small talk, no stares—just a quick, invigorating way to feel your best.
PROTOCOL For best results, we recommend less than 60°F for a duration of 1-5 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week.
WOMEN Optimal temperature is 50–59°F (10–15°C) to avoid overstimulation of the nervous system. Sessions should last 2–5 minutes.
MEN Lower temperatures (40–50°F or 4–10°C) for 2–5 minutes, depending on conditioning.
